They know what she looks like but never was able to catch her. She doesn't leave a trace or anything. Mr.Austin assigned his daughter to this case because he knew she was going to be able to stop her.

Charlotte held her gun up to Engfa. "Dont move or I'll shoot you" Charlotte said. Engfa smirked and held her hands up. "Oh baby. You should've know what your getting into. Either you shoot me or kiss me" Engfa said walking towards Charlotte. Charlotte frozed and kept looking at Engfa. "I know you have backup waiting outside but you just walked straight into my trap. Don't worry darling I won't hurt daddy" Engfa whispered before backing away.
