What were we again?

After what seems to be eons of being stuck in the theraprism, Bill Cipher is desperately trying to go about his day after his last miserable attempt at freedom failed, so he spends his time being as much of a nuisance as possible until he finds something better to do. Just as he was losing hope and almost certain he's going to rot in this place for good, an unexpected visitor arrives, though who's to say if it is to save the day or not?
