It's been nearly two years since Superman's colossal battle with Zod devastated the city of Metropolis. The loss of life and collateral damage left many feeling angry and helpless, including crime-fighting billionaire Bruce Wayne. Convinced that Superman is now a threat to humanity, Batman embarks on a personal vendetta to end his reign on Earth, while the conniving Lex Luthor launches his own crusade against the Man of Steel.

One years after the battle with Chris Hargensen a tragedy accuses on the invasion of Zod which draws Carrie White to return to Metropolis along with Superman, Lois Lane, Sue Snell, Tommy Ross, Rita Desjardin, Henry Morton, George Dawson, Erika Gogan, Ava Ross and Nick Dawson. Batman and Superman together, as well as the first live-action cinematic portrayal of Wonder Woman. The Metropolis destruction but Lex Luthor and Mercy Graves partners with the Joker and Chris Hargensen in their plan to turn Carrie with The Dark Knight and The Man Of Steel.
