Life can sometimes get messy. Rebecca Daniels knows a little something about messes. She works at a diner last renovated in the 50s. Red plush booths line the walls, accented by vinyl flooring that could only feel comfortable in an establishment like this. The stranger in the corner booth, doesn't fit. He is tall, deeply tanned, with black curly hair that brings out his green eyes. Eyes that have been touched by sadness. Eyes that have seen more than their fair share of horrors. Love can heal. Love can wound. Will love be enough for the man in the Corner Booth?
