"I suppose you're curious about me. People often are, though they rarely have the nerve to ask. I'm Rudra Pratap Singh. But titles don't mean much these days, do they? Once, I was a prince-next in line to rule over Pratapgarh. Now, I'm something else, someone...different.

Power, control, respect-these were all mine once. And in many ways, they still are. I don't need to raise my voice to be heard, nor do I have to lift a finger to get what I want. Most people avoid me, and with good reason. They've heard the whispers, the rumors that swirl around this place like the fog that never seems to leave. But I thrive in the silence. It's where I do my best thinking.

I've watched many things change over the years-cities, people, traditions-but not me. I'm still here, grounded in something older, something stronger than life itself. I won't reveal too much; where's the fun in that? But let me tell you this: when I fix my eyes on something-or someone-I never let it slip away. I always get what I want.
