Wade 'gru' Emerald teams up with the spirit, Pixel to rid Saltdale of crime without the assistance, encouragement or approval of VIGILANTE. Bringing crime to an all-time low a year later, donning the name Pixel Cat.

But when Pixel Cat gets framed, Wade and Pixel must work together to prove Pixel Cat's innocence and capture whoever framed the duo...
