When crime in Saltdale goes at an all-time high, an apartment building getting robbed, and a spirit comes into the life of YouTuber of Double life. Wade 'gru' Emerald teams up with the spirit, Pixel to rid Saltdale of crime without the assistance, encouragement or approval of VIGILANTE. Bringing crime to an all-time low a year later, donning the name Pixel Cat.

But when Pixel Cat gets framed, Wade and Pixel must work together to prove Pixel Cat's innocence and capture whoever framed the duo...

Truly, it'd be kinder to end the suffering with a bullet to the head. With all hope lost, the trio must find a way to lean on each other and survive a hopeless and murderous new world where everything wants to kill them. In such dire times it is better to find a trustworthy group, though Alina's antisocial behaviour is only a hindrance when they meet Duyen, Blaire, and Vincent.
