A Court of Night and Spring

Elana was the sister of Nyx and the youngest child of Rhysand and Feyre. She was friends with all of the children from different courts.

Except for the Spring Court.

She never understood why and never questioned it besides knowing that her family never had a good relationship with Tamlin, especially her parents.

And despite the friendships she had and everything she could see in the world, there was one thing she never understood, and that was the mating bond.

Elana never knew why other fae got excited over it and talked about how they can't wait for it. She always questioned if her mate would be like Tamlin, a bastard, or like Rhysand, someone who would follow her mother until his last breath.

She figured it out when she got to meet Kaiden, the son of Tamlin and future High Lord of the Spring Court. She thought he would be a Tamlin Jr. but he was like her father. Though everything is now complicated now that they're mates.

They were meant to be enemies just like their parents are, but it didn't turn out that way.

The two will become either the ones to bring the courts together or tear them apart even more, but the question is...
