Liza has always dreamed of being saved by her high school crush and Central City's resident superhero, Duke Thorne. But after years of politely waiting in comic convention lines in hopes of getting more than an autograph, she's ready to take drastic measures. When her girls night out of clubbing takes a dangerous turn, Liza finds herself abducted by the flamboyant and questionably fashionable Percival.

When Duke is later stripped of his powers and held captive alongside her, Liza is forced to face the harsh truth-she may have to save herself.
