Ethan's a hard-working researcher, he promises. Not that that'd make his situation any better. Living alone with his cat and bills stacking higher than his self-esteem, he feels he's just about ready to snap from the stress. This is a reworking of my story To Be More than Human, absolutely hated where it was going and paused it entirely to rework the setting and plot. The story is originally inspired by Symbiosis, a story created by VictoryFireStar. This is cross posted on Ao3 under the user Axtrea.
