I always used to see in the bus, there are always seats for people who are disable physically weak, pregnant women, old people. Also there is written that all disability are not visible and I used to sit in that seat because when I saw that my mind automatically tells me that oh I deserve that I am mentally disable, nobody can see and laugh at myself. But why did I deserve the seat? Why do I think I am mentally disable? Am I retarded? 'NOOO'.

I have a bad habit of comparing myself with anything living thing in this world, a typical Asian habit and I am nowhere now. Bad habits itself are bad but it brings along all the worst stuff with it. I got into it, I was scared to deal with it, I am learning to deal with it and I will deal with it. 

WE WERE SCARED TO GET INTO IT, WE WERE SCARED TO DEAL WITH IT, WE ARE LEARNING TO DEAL WITH IT AND WE WILL DEAL WITH IT.
