Heroestale is a multiverse epic combining My Hero Academia, Undertale (and its variants), Minecraft, Dream SMP, and Marvel, centered on fate, rebirth, and cosmic transformation. The story begins with Izuku Midoriya, Quirkless and bullied by Neito Monoma, taking his own life. But death is a doorway-Izuku is resurrected by Herobrine's spirit, becoming the new Herobrine and ruler of a digital army, abandoning Japan.
His death alters destinies. Mei Hatsume learns she descends from Technoblade, gaining his strategic genius. Kirishima inherits One for All after a heroic act. Hitoshi Shinso becomes Ghost Rider, using his voice to deliver justice while resisting vengeance. Katsuki Bakugo is revealed as Dream reincarnated, growing into Izuku's most loyal defender.
Sam Shirakumo, son of Midnight and Loud Cloud, is the reincarnation of Sans, wielding powers from across timelines-bone magic, fire, plant control, and time-altering abilities like Rest, Overwrite, and Judgment. Scarred by resets, Sam becomes a guardian of justice.
