After the dragonets of destiny decided Jade Mountain was a bust, they moved. New location, new mountain, new dragons. Except for the teachers, of course. 
Amnesty Academy is new and improved- now being inclusive to hybrids and the foreign tribes from Plantala. Yet, the Academy isn't all that it seems. Only after a short time, something awful happens.
Murder.
But once the first happens, they all begin rolling in- one after another.
Who in the world is doing this- or what? The new academy is cloaked with mystery and secrets. Can the dragonets of the Opal Wing get to the bottom of this mystery? And, if they do, will it still be too late?

Soaren had hid his true identity as the 'lost' SkyWing, but he needs to eventually open up. With the NightWings in the Rainforest, more mind readers will be born and they'll find out who he is. But worst of all, he'll have to face something far more terrible than anyone could have imagined... This is the beginning of the story of a friend group of dragons attending a much more developed and populated version of Jade Mountain Academy. Starting in the Quartz Winglet in the year 5058 A.S., these students live average lives and as the series goes on, things develop and change, mentally and physically for them. I would consider this a Wings of Fire fanfiction, although it's a bit complicated as it's based off of real life. The dragons in this are all my classmates as their Wings of Fire OCs, (meaning some of the OCs aren't mine) or, if they don't know wings of fire and/or don't have an OC, just them as a WoF dragon. Since it's based off of real life, it doesn't have much of a plot, so be prepared for that. This is the first book in the Random Moments of JMA series, and things change as the series goes.

So my first chapter with Cattail i feel i should deticate to Seamud. I created the cover on PicMonkey but the artwork isn't mine. This is my second WoF Fanfiction so lets see how it goes.
