Hello, this is just a super short excerpt from a story i've been writing for quite some time. Since i'm not an english native speaker, I would love some feedback on weather my writing makes sense to those of you who are. 
I'm not sure, if it makes sense for me to upload my story in english or if I should translate it to german, so please leave your opinion, on weather my english is good enough.

This just got into my mind so, I couldn't help but write it. Thank you for wasting a bit of your time in reading this. By the way, this contains a huuuuuge story, making me put France out of character. How could a 16 year-old lad with an appearance of a little lady would act like a pervert in front of other pirates? So... I found it hard and made France act in and out of character until he came back to his own, old self. By the way, all italicised letters, words and sentences are all the characters' thoughts. The story is confusing at first since it has a huge twist, but when you get a hold of it, you'll actually get what it is all about. Germany is an excited and hardworking person who miraculously was accepted to one of the most prestigious universities. His foster father urges him to go to a field that is in Germany's opinion, dull and boring, as he has his own opinion on what is interesting to him. As always, there are ups and downs, but he is giddy with freedom and doesn't let anyone faze him. Until he finds that the subject his foster father wants him to pursue is a prerequisite Russia, on the other hand, is a stoic, blunt and straightforward, sometimes being aggressive and reserved. He amazingly passed the tests to be accepted to the Globally recognized university, and is ushered out of his home to get a degree to be able to help his father feed his family. he has no time for youthlike fun, frivolous adventures and romance. He expects the year to be dull but needed for his life. Both of them don't expect to become friends, and avoid eye contact. Germany then wishes to have more of the classes with Russia, just to get close. Does he succeed? That is the question.
