Adeline Carrington had it all figured out. At 20 years old, she had finally saved up enough money to move to London, England. She believed in taking a gap year or two before starting college to really find out what she wanted in life. However, her simple life would soon change. One cold evening, she becomes lost in the streets of London. She ends up in the wrong place at the wrong time and has to fight for her life; but her fight is cut short when notorious gang leader, Grayson Ashford, shows up. Kidnapped, she is given a choice: join the Crimson Syndicate or die. Taking the only option, she undergoes an adventure far greater than she ever could have imagined. Will she open up to someone who could break her heart, or worse, her neck? Or will she do everything she can to escape? What happens when an 'accident' turns out to be a murder?
