Haven was adopted into a werewolf family. No one knows where she came from only that she showed up one night out of nowhere. 


Her world was turned upside down on her 18th birthday. Since then she has kept it her secret but even worse her family keeps secrets from her. They protect her from the hidden memories she once lost when she was only 14 years old-a trauma she wishes to forget but haunts her even today. 


Her protector wasn't able to save her in time before the damage was done. Since then he blames himself and distances himself from her. Guilt wasn't the only thing he was left with that day. He was left with a revelation he knew he needed to avoid. 


Raphael Axel Blackwell, Alpha of the Black River Pack runs a tight ship. He is 826 years old. He keeps himself busy, especially now that he's lost his mate and unborn child due to complications in the pregnancy. Guilt and regret consume him. 


Raphael is the dean of Mountain Ridgewood Point University and a professor of communication. Work is his life. Ensuring his pack is safe is his top priority.
