"I'm never going to be able to forgive myself if I don't stop loving him."
Scott had a crush on his best friend, but his best friend got a partner. He knows that he needs to stop loving him before he finds out, or else it might ruin their friendship. So he starts trying to find good love, but it doesn't go that well, and he just feels terrible for being this way.
At one point though, he does find someone, but it might not go that particularly well.

Anaxiphilia | Taekook Fanfic

19 parts Complete

Anaxiphilia; the act of falling in love with the wrong person. Taehyung fell. He fell and fell harder and harder everyday, but with the wrong person. Wrong person. His own step-brother. Jeon Jungkook, who was in relationship from 3 years with a girl. And, today Taehyung realised it. He realised how much it hurt to be in love with someone who was taken, when his own step brother was going to propose his girlfriend tonight. He'll never have him. He'll leave. He'll forget Taehyung. He'll never know how much someone had loved him. He'll belong to his girlfreind, being his wife. He'll never get to know about strong feelings his step brother had for him. He'll never. And Taehyung? He'll stay here, tucked up in his blanket crying his heart out, feeling it tearing apart from the thoughts, that he'll never have him. Never.
