It all starts when 23 teenagers arrive at Camp Wawanakwa for eight weeks to compete in a new hit reality television show. The contestants are divided into two teams and must compete in challenges every three days. While the winning team earns invincibility, the losing team has to vote off one of their own players. Whoever is voted off must walk the Dock of Shame to the Boat of Losers and leave the island and never come back.... Ever. The teams will eventually dissolve and the elimination process continues until the last contestant standing wins a grand prize of $100,000. Who will crumble under the pressure? When the pilot's daughter crash-lands on a desert island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, all she wants to do is survive long enough to get rescued. After all, being the only girl on the island with a bunch of school boys and choir boys is no way to spend one's time. Except maybe with the elected chief, Ralph, the intellect, Piggy, the quiet friend and sage, Simon, and the littluns. What she wants most, though, is to keep away from that damn Jack Merridew, who's the most arrogant and annoying boy she's ever met and has some rather questionable friends. But as sparks start to fly between the two of them, the island starts to get more dangerous. Littluns whisper of a "snake-thing" in the woods, and the boys start to lose their grip on sanity and civilization. In the midst of all this, will she stay with the civilization she knows and lose the boy she loves, or stay with the boy she loves and lose the civilization she knows? I was the first. I arrived in the Glade, and there was nothing and... no one. I remembered nothing about who I was, who my parents were, what happened. A few days I remembered my name, and that's it. That's all that ever came back. There were four walls surrounding me with only one exit. I wanted to go through, so I did, in hopes of finding my way out. What I found lurking on the other side was not an exit but something much worse. I found my way back, and I spent the next month fending for myself. Food, water, a temporary shelter. After a month, someone else arrived, and this person arrived with supplies. Every month a new person was sent up. Every arrival was the same as mine. They couldn't remember anything. Just thought I'd let it be known beforehand that this story is honestly more "Danganronpa" than it is "Total Drama". It's the first story of a big series I'll be aiming to make. Within a universe conjoining both Total Drama and Danganronpa, fourteen-year old Byakuya Togami purchases the rights to "Total Drama Island" (and Camp Wawanakwa itself) from Chris McLean and renames it to "Total Drama Summer Camp". That's right, this island and its sloppily and hastily constructed "Camp Togami", formerly known as "Camp Wawanakwa", is being used as the stomping grounds for twenty-two determined youths. This is a tale of twenty-two "campers" competing against each other in an elimination-style game show. The host is one of Byakuya's butlers, Benjamin Whitaker, a former Ultimate Butler of the prestigious Hope's Peak Academy. What's the prize you ask? Besides a million dollars, it's an automatic enrollment into HPA! All 22 teens are striving to be one of the academy's next Ultimates and future shining examples of hope. All of the characters, save for one, are of my creation. The co-host, Satana Seira, is an OC belonging to a close friend of mine, who of which gave me permission to use her. Byakuya Togami and Chris McLean don't belong to me and are instead property of Danganronpa and Total Drama respectively. Those two franchises are not works of mine nor are of my possession either and belong to their rightful owners and creators.
