Red Bull held a powerful position in Formula 1 racing for a while with Max Verstappen leading. In 2026, a new driver comes in to replace Sergio Perez in the Red Bull second seat. No one predicted the kind of ruthless, talented driver this young addition would be to the former champion team. Red Bull faces criticism over the brave decision to bring in this new and untested driver over the skilled and experienced "Checo" Perez. Not to mention the last American in the sport before him was dropped mid season in 2024 due to the high cost that driver racked up for the Williams race team over multiple expensive crashes. Let's see what this new driver has got, and see if he can prove to the world that he has more than what it takes.

Up until the beginning of the 2023 season, everyone, including the other teams, the fans and even the media, speculated who RedBulls new driver would be, until the breaking news came in. Formula 1 Team Redbull already contracted a new driver, however, their identity was kept private 𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘴𝘵. Throughout the season, no one-𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘔𝘢𝘹 𝘝𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯 𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘙𝘦𝘥𝘉𝘶𝘭𝘭'𝘴 𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘳𝘴-knew the identity of their second driver. The drivers wished to know the identity of the so-called 𝘍𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘋𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳 who stunned everyone with their raw talent and impressive achievements. However, their identity still remained hidden, until a tragic accident during a race. A horrific crash sent the 𝘍𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘋𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳'𝘴 car straight into the barriers, catching fire. Firefighters and medics pulled the lifeless body away from the fire-catching car, revealing a familiar beautiful woman. From that day on, she became more than just a driver-𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘥. Her story was told around, she was loved by fans and was fiercely protected by the entire paddock. Since the introduction of the hit reality Netflix show, Drive to Survive, the drivers have had to perform on the world's largest stage, with millions of critical eyes watching on. This year, to ensure the continuation of record-breaking ratings, Netflix have struck a deal with each Formula 1 team. A dedicated buddy is to be assigned to each driver with the aim of securing exclusive behind-the-scenes content. As someone with a PR problem and an anti-media reputation, Max is informed by the Red Bull senior management that this arrangement is absolutely mandatory. The one positive? However, it won't be easy with her old mentor Lewis Hamilton finding himself in a competitive car and gunning for his eighth title, Max looking for the triple along with a newly rejuvenated Ferrari team looking to restore glory after a series of embarrassing events the previous season. On top of this Elodie has to try and find a way to handle the growing tension between herself and Max, both of whom are struggling with the constant push and pull of their attraction to one another and now within even closer proximity it becomes harder to manage as the pressure mounts both personally and professionally.
