Red Bull held a powerful position in Formula 1 racing for a while with Max Verstappen leading. In 2026, a new driver comes in to replace Sergio Perez in the Red Bull second seat. No one predicted the kind of ruthless, talented driver this young addition would be to the former champion team. Red Bull faces criticism over the brave decision to bring in this new and untested driver over the skilled and experienced "Checo" Perez. Not to mention the last American in the sport before him was dropped mid season in 2024 due to the high cost that driver racked up for the Williams race team over multiple expensive crashes. Let's see what this new driver has got, and see if he can prove to the world that he has more than what it takes.
