In this realm, Confucians, Daoists, Buddhists, demons, and sorcerers coexist.

Awakening in a dark prison, Wei Wuji, a graduate of the police academy, finds himself ensnared, with only three days before his exile to the remote borders...

Initially, his sole aim was self-preservation, aspiring to live as a leisurely wealthy man in a society devoid of rights.

Years later, as Wei Wuji gazes back upon the past, he is haunted by the specters of fallen foes and departed friends, their bones strewn along the path he once tread.

The mighty Yangtze River flows relentlessly eastward, its waves erasing the heroes of yore, leaving only echoes of right and wrong, success and failure, as fleeting as a breath.

Yet the verdant mountains remain steadfast, bathed in the hues of countless setting suns.

In the frozen wilderness beyond the village walls, survival isn't guaranteed-it's earned. Grey, a sharp-eyed young hunter gifted with the ability to see ethereal threads of light connecting all living things, walks a thin line between life and death with every step into the snowbound forests. His gift is his greatest tool-and his deepest secret. When the Grand Hunt leads Grey and his squad to a chilling encounter with a monstrous creature and a group of robed strangers led by a sinister old man, the world he thought he knew begins to crack. Ancient powers stir beneath the frost, and the old man's magic reveals a truth far more terrifying than the dangers of the frozen woods. As the village reels from loss, Grey finds himself facing impossible choices. His gift, once a quiet advantage, now feels like a curse drawing him deeper into a conflict he doesn't understand. Shadows whisper of forgotten paths-ancient roads walked by those who sought strength not just to survive, but to transcend. Paths where power can be cultivated, honed, and wielded by those willing to sacrifice everything. But power always comes at a cost. Blood stains the frost, alliances are tested, and every step deeper into the unknown pulls Grey closer to a path he may not be ready to tread-a path where strength isn't just survival, but transformation. And in the depths of the wilderness, where cold winds carry secrets and danger lurks with every shadow, Grey must decide if he's willing to pay the price for what lies beyond.

Liú Zhēn, a certified novel junkie, He'd also torn into bad writing before, but Heaven's Rule? That steaming pile of cultivation nonsense had him seeing red. The protagonist, Mèng Yīchéng, had it all-perfect family, a rare Heavenly Spirit Root, and a spot at the top of the sect. Meanwhile, Mèng Xīngyào, the so-called villain, crawled through life like a cockroach only to get squashed and tossed aside like yesterday's garbage. So why was Liú Zhēn, a 20-year-old college student with a schedule more messed up than his sleep cycle, so invested? Simple: the novel sucked (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻, and tearing it apart gave him life (•̀o•́)ง. Fueled by rage and caffeine, he ranted online before going to sleep, feeling victorious. That was, until the next morning when karma decided to slap him in the face. No homework? check. Running late for class? Of course. Raining like the heavens were out for blood? You bet. (╥﹏╥) To top it off, his family ditched him, leaving him to trek through the downpour like a wet rat. In his brilliance, he chose a shortcut through an alley, where a puddle of doom awaited. In his rush, he missed the live wire lounging in the water until it zapped his sorry ass straight to an early grave. (╥﹏╥) When he opened his eyes again, he wasn't in the afterlife. Nope, he'd been dumped into the same godforsaken novel he'd just trashed. And to top it off, he'd been reborn as the protagonist. Lucky, right? Wrong. Liú Zhēn didn't want to be some hero-he just wanted to nap. But fate had other plans. Instead of a Protagonist System, he got the Villain-Biased System. Mission: rewrite the villain's ending. Plan: "Follow the damn steps." (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻. Now, stuck with a snarky system and a villain smarter than he was, Liú Zhēn realized surviving the novel was a whole different nightmare. Can he fix the villain's fate and still get a happy ending? Or will another twist knock him down? Either way, he's in for it

In 2018, Xiao Zhan filmed 'The Untamed'. A lot of things happened since then. He woke up one day at a rather familiar place with some familiar faces. It was the day of his first lesson in Cloud Recesses. Thinking that it was a vivid lucid dream, he broke out of character to satisfy his curiosities. The next day, he still woke up in the same place. After a week of screaming upon waking up, he finally accepted in despair that he was not dreaming, and he was in MDSZ novel universe (or is it?). He determined to not die like Wei Wuxian, prevent tragedies and change the future. The first time Lan Wangji met Wei Wuxian, they fought on the roof. When he dreamed of the cliff scene and felt the sorrow and regret of losing someone he loved while watching helplessly at the falling figure, it plagued his mind greatly. He became even more disturbed when he noticed Wei Ying's changes. The two became close. Really close. Together, they planned to save the world and while they were doing just that... Enjoy the OP 'Wei Wuxian' with Xiao Zhan's temperament a.k.a Wei Wuxian 2.0 (the tamed version). ****** A/N: All illustrations in this story belongs solely to me (I drew them myself). That being said, do not re-use without permission. Also warning: A LOT OF WORDS and lots of nonsense. Perhaps a mountain full of grammatical error as well. This is my fanfic (and my first ever attempt on writing anything at all). So if you spot a mistake, don't be shy, point it out to me. Disclaimer: This is a fanfiction inspired by Modao Zushi by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu. I do not own the characters associated with the original work and I make no profit from writing this fanfic. This is only for fun.

After Wudang's humiliating defeat in the war against Cheonma, the once-great sect stands as a shadow of its former self. Among its struggling disciples is Jiang Chen, a so-called third-rate martial artist abandoned by his master and mocked by his peers. Weighed down by failure and self-doubt, he resigns himself to mediocrity-until a fateful duel leaves him broken in both body and spirit. Seeking solitude beneath an ancient ginkgo tree, Jiang Chen stumbles upon a mysterious letter bearing the handwriting of his vanished master. Within it lies a challenge: prove himself worthy, or walk away forever. As he grasps the remnants of a long-lost blade, an ancient power awakens, and with it, a voice that shakes the heavens-"So the time has finally come." With his master's past shrouded in mystery and a sect on the brink of collapse, Jiang Chen must uncover the truth, defy his limits, and wield a broken sword to carve his own destiny. But in a world where strength dictates fate, can an abandoned disciple rise against the tides of fate? A tale of martial arts, redemption, the unyielding flow of destiny and all with a game based system begins.
