The words of my wolf shifter friend kept on repeating over and over in my mind. It was against the rules to trespass on wolf shifter territory, they had every right to kill trespassers. It was even more taboo to climb onto their sacred beast spirit platform as a human while the platform was active. A person doing either of these things could easily die, but since when did I follow the rules? Brooke was in trouble and the only way to get to her was to become like her.
