You can probably guess where this is going just by the title. I've had this in my drafts for quite a while now, and since I haven't had time to write much this month I've decided to post four chapters from Maya's story as sort of a "test."

I haven't seen much exploration into Zonai Culture, particularly as they're presented in TotK, so I said "Fine, I'll do it myself" and world-built a complete setting for these characters to explore separate from Hyrule: Auron.

Anyway, for those few who do find this and decided to click, enjoy!

The new King plots against her so he can have the kingdom and the Triforce for himself but Zelda has many friends in Hyrule. Zelink AU Medieval Fanfiction Zelda, currently Princess of Hyrule wishes to see the world outside of the castle. Her father expects her to marry one of the chosen suitors to prepare Hyrule's next King, but she doesn't like the sight of any of them. Link is a Hylian knight with a tragic past. Being secretive and closed off is how he prefers to live. He has a quest he believes he must do alone-to find his older sister. But Hyrule is subject to an unknown danger, within itself. How will the mystery unfold and how will Zelda and Link achieve their dreams? I don't think I'm super great at medieval writing...(knowing the time period, vocabulary, descriptions, etc...) but I tried anyways! Sorry for the unappetizing description. But I think I write stories better than I write summaries I promise haha... ~Clean and appropriate for most ages~ There will be some minor blood and other descriptions that may be disturbing for young people.
