Wandering, travelling alone for the better part of two years, Rina was trying to make her way to Ba Sing Se. She'd heard stories about the city, it was unmarred by war, unable to be taken down by even the strongest in the Fire Nation. It was a perfect place to start anew.

Along the way she met a scarred young man and his uncle, and then a boy with a straw of wheat and a gang of n'er-do-wells. They meet up again within the walls, but there is something sinister creeping around in the dark underbelly of the city, threatening to pull her in.

Rina and Zuko both have things to hide, but the city will bring secrets left sleeping for years to the light.
