9 months later that same person appear to John out of thin air spooking him and after the person told John that they are a god

John freaks out any freaks out even more when the god shows a small infant to John explaining that this baby is John's 

Sam and Dean's new half-sister to which is you, you were the youngest then Sam and Dean to which the two brothers are overprotective of you
