On 6th November 2023, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Library Foundation honored the winners of the sixth and seventh editions of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Arabic Language Award, celebrating individuals, teams, and institutions dedicated to preserving and promoting the Arabic language. This prestigious event, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, highlighted the UAE's commitment to making Arabic a language of the future.

The winners' projects showcased creativity and innovation in various fields, from technology to education, reflecting the language's adaptability in the modern world. The awards ceremony also marked the opening of the Al Arabiah Conference on the Arabic Language, a platform for discussions aimed at further enhancing the role of Arabic in global dialogue.

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Arabic Language Award allocated nearly AED 2.8 million (US$750,000) across its categories, emphasizing the importance of these efforts. The award is a testament to the UAE's vision of safeguarding Arab identity through language while encouraging a new generation of innovators to embrace it.
