As communications and defense systems are reestablished, the KGB reveals a shocking discovery to the high command: the entire Soviet territory is in the middle of a body of water, with unknown land masses and civilizations surrounding it. Anatoly, now the leader of the entire union, will have to decide between maintaining a firm stance for the interests of his nation, or acting according to what he believes is right.
