(ViktorxOC storyline) *slow-burn romance* In Piltover, where innovation is worshipped and progress is a status symbol, Khione Verena of House Devika reigns among the elite. Raised in the opulent halls of Piltover's founding families, she embodies everything her father drilled into her: cold, calculating, and hungry for power. To her, brilliance is measured by legacy, wealth, and control-until she meets Viktor, a man whose brilliance defies the very rules she was raised to follow. Viktor is everything Khione despises. Born in the undercity, a cripple in the eyes of the elite, he fights not for glory, but for the future of all. His inventions-dangerously revolutionary-fascinate Khione, but so does his relentless determination to challenge the very society she upholds. As they cross paths in the halls of Piltover's prestigious Academy, their rivalry sparks an unlikely connection. He represents the unpolished, the unseen-everything her world disregards. She represents the privilege, the polish-the control Viktor resents. Will their shared thirst for progress lead to a partnership that reshapes Piltover, or will their conflicting visions tear them apart? In a city driven by innovation, ambition is the greatest weapon-and for Khione and Viktor, it might be their downfall. I do not own these characters (except for my OC Khione), they are from the series „Arcane".

In a world shattered by pain and conflict, Ekko, a young man with a past as heavy as a collapsed universe, seeks to distance himself from everything he knows. Driven by Kael, an old friend who unexpectedly extends a helping hand, he finds refuge in a remote village, far from the ashes of his former life. It is there that he meets Laïra, a young woman with an equally dark history, who hides her wounds behind smiles and disarming curiosity. Surrounded by kind-hearted souls, but haunted by their own ghosts, they observe each other and slowly, clumsily, begin to warm to one another. But the outside world has not said its final word. Between secrets, dangers, and the need to confront their fears, how far will they go to save themselves... and rebuild? This story has been translated from French to English, I was help by AI because my english isn't perfect. I wanted to reach a wider audience with my story and the characters that are dear to me, which is why I decided to translate it. So if there are any grammar or consistency errors, feel free to let me know! This fanfiction is based on the series Arcane. If you haven't seen the show, you might not understand everything. For fans of the series, this story takes place after the end of the show, so after season 2. I know many are fans of the Jinx/Powder and Ekko storyline (myself included), but I've decided to consider here that Jinx is truly dead, and thus create a new character, Laïra. I didn't feel ready to write about Jinx, who has a very complex personality. I hope you'll still enjoy the story of my characters, which come from the heart. The story takes place in the Arcane universe, which itself is based on the League of Legends universe, created by Riot Games in collaboration with Fortiche Production. However, most of the characters are products of my imagination. If you have any suggestions or spot any spelling mistakes, I'm open to feedback, as long as it's not mean-spirited, of course. Happy reading!
