Now one of the most powerful villains in the city, she finally has the chance to make things just the way she wants them to be. That is, of course, if those self-righteous vigilantes stopped bothering her and her crew so much.
Daniel Garrett balances a double life between vigilantism and college, staying under the radar of the law to do the job his city's leaders are supposed to be doing. But when everything he thinks he knows turns out to be one incriminating lie, he reluctantly turns to the help of Deadfear, his twisted archnemesis, to set things right.
But in doing so, opens himself up to a whole new world of lies and deceit.
