Y/N L/N is, by all accounts, an ordinary guy. He doesn't stand out in a crowd, has no remarkable talents, and lives a comfortably average, middle-class life. Like most people, he has a few passions to help pass the time, one of which was watching anime.

Of all the series he enjoyed, Re:Zero captured his attention the most. There was something about the story that he found endlessly intriguing.

And then, just like that, he died. In the most mundane and unremarkable way possible.
