Newt fanfiction based off the Maze Runner book. I decided to walk through basically the whole book and add in another girl. Some parts and some of the timeline I had to change so it makes more sense but the basics are still there same so it's okay. If you didn't read the book, some parts might be confusing, just a PSA. enemies to lovers all ik is I rewatched tmr series being a sheep beforehand and liking Thomas the most but I have come to the realisation that newt clears. and my favourite trope is enemies to lovers but newts character makes it nearly impossible for it to be natural so I'm trying my best and we will see if this story makes it to the end depending on how long my mini hyperfixation will last. heavily inspired by the book by glademother I've already read it twice in one week but I need new substance and no other book devours like that one did so I'm just gonna fulfill my own needs like I should.

"Meg?" Thomas walked up to me, "What is it?" I still couldn't speak, my eyes only leaving the reflection of the words to look into Thomas's. What if... Teresa never went with Thomas when she died, but instead, got the serum and went to try to save Newt without anyone knowing. Everyone would be gone to the Safe Heaven thinking Newt and Teresa are dead. But 1 month later, Newt woke up, healthy again and cured. Newt and Teresa then make a team to try and get back to the Safe Heaven where is everyone. This is an alternative end for The Maze Runner : The Death Cure (because I'm clearly still not over Newt's death and I'm so mad that they killed him, so yeah...) I do not own theses characters, they are from The Maze Runner franchise. I'm French so sorry if there are some mistakes.
