This is not the main story but a demo.
This story is more likely to have spoilers for the main series, though they may not seem to follow the same sequence.
Delore is a battle-worn mercenary, haunted by a past filled with betrayal and bloodshed. His reputation as a cold, relentless warrior precedes him, yet beneath the hardened exterior lies a soul heavy with regret. Unbeknownst to him, he crosses paths with a young man-his estranged son-during a mission tied to a dangerous conspiracy. As the truth slowly unravels, Delore must face his greatest challenge: reconciling his broken past with the fate of his son, all while enemies close in, exploiting his weakness for their own gain. Later along the line, he sees the same events play all over again. Who knows what fate has installed for Delore, the strongest mercenary.

Nothing Ever Lasts (Rewrite Demo)
A new take on the first novel of the Anti-Hero story line, with updated and polished writing. Expanding and rewriting the story along with adding never before scenes and characterizations with most of the original story beats along the way. This is not the official canon novel, however I'd like to think of it as an alternative universe. You might recognize some things, and see new ones as well. This is also a test for the audience to see how my writing has improved over the years. See which one does best. This is a demo, and will only be up to eight chapters before the main plot of the story unfolds. This is a series of multiples books compiled together. Currently Book 1 is still ongoing.
