Have you ever had your own journal? One that you either are required to have or just have to get your thoughts out... I do, and it's for when I go to therapy. It was supposed to help soothe me and give me something to talk of when I visited my therapist. Coming from me it means a lot of writing of bad things, sometimes the bad things are all I think about and I write in it every day. It would be horrible if someone read it outside the circle of me and my therapist. I trusted her and that was it, no one else was a loud in. The times I stayed up til 1:00 am
My life did go to shit. Triggers: My life depression has mentions of suicidal thought, cutting, and other things related to death. It's also cringe 2018 teen stuff. If you don't like these topics, don't read this book of my experience with depression. Look for another book. Highest rank: #3 in acryforhelp. It mattered when I was younger :)Completa
