im working on my warrior cats ocs story. i have been building a whole world for them, and recently decided to start writing it down/making a story. I am also combining my world with my friends, in order to make the building of the lore easier. in the story, there will be grief, death, verbal and physical abuse, undiagnosed mental disorders, hallucinations, manipulation, and possibly sh and sewerslide mentions. if the idea of reading about cute cats experiencing any of these makes you upset, i do not reccomend reading this. WARNING: SHITTY DRAFTS. ANGST. TWO RANDOM KIDS TRYING TO WRITE A STORY.

I do not own any aspect of Warrior Cats, nor am i affiliated with either the series or Erin Hunter. Warrior Cats belongs to Erin Hunter, and i am simply sharing my own ocs. No characters from the real books will be used, and any ocs that have the same or similar name to any canon characters are complete coincidence.

This work follows The Hunger Games book from the POV of an OC. Some of the plot will be changed and/or dialogue will be different. I will be following the original plot from the book as closely as possible, with some variations of differing scenes or text due to the OC insert. Thus, the world, most of the characters in this fic, most of the plot, and dialogue, belongs to and is owned by Suzanne Collins. All rights are to the creators of the hunger games series. This work will span through the first book in The Hunger Games Trilogy, and I hope to create others in the future that insert Willow into the other two books as well. Disclaimer: There will likely be some stuff in this fic that are cliche within Hunger Games fics. Also note: there's a last name naming convention for abandoned and orphaned children that is used throughout the districts. Willow's last name is Fairchild because of this. Fairchild is the most common surname for orphans, and is known throughout the districts to be for an orphaned or abandoned person. ALSO IMPORTANT: In this fanfic, Peeta and Katniss are aged up to 18, everybody else's ages are staying the same, don't come for me pls.

So facing a challenge such as missing cats shouldn't be a challenging task. Moons pass on, cats keep disappearing faster and faster; nobody is doing anything to prevent the case. Everyone is relying on StarClan to send the prophecy to their medicine cat, just hoping that one day, the fiasco will end. Yet that's not the way fear works its way into hearts. Warriors, once brave and strong, now cowering behind one another. Apprentices with their eagerness to learn, now afraid of the outside world and going missing. Queens, always caring for their kits, now fearful of losing them to the mystery. Elders, who are as wise as the deepest river, now unable to provide an answers. With leaf-bare creeping up, the Clans are preparing for the harsh weather. Preparing for another season should be like gathering moss for the elders, but not this time. This time, the Clans are struggling just to assemble a hunting patrol and maintain borders. Forcing time out of daily tasks is asking the impossible. Leaf-bare is going to take the remaining lives of the cats that are lucky enough to even make it through leaf-fall.
