The king and queen and their subjects stopped a calamity and their kingdom vanished. Now their legacy is trusted to the planet and it's inhabitants.
Basically katsuki and Izuku are the human reincarnations of the king and queen of the monsters, Godzilla and mothra and have their powers as their quirks and are inseparable. And the radiation that the titans have is the cause of quirks.

Maybe he liked him in more ways then just as friends but then a whole new world of problems spark as Izuku has to stay with the Katsuki. When Katskui was young he was raised by dragons and was always confused on why he looked different from everyone else in his little village. A few years go by and a certain family decides to visit katsuki's home which is a island to find the mystical creature dragons. One of the sons in this family goes wondering off katsuki finds the boy and saves him from the trouble that hes in. While katsuki was looking at the boy he was shocked that there were people that looked like him.
