Ashley black is now on Paradis hiding from her shame as people treated her badly, as well as still on the run from her father who broke her daylight ring, that is where she meets Levi for the first time, years past and she is recruited into the scout regiment where she must try and hide her identity to the public, it slips out and she is forced to stay with a man set to kill her.
