Deep Sea

In a futuristic, deep-sea monarchy where the elite control mechanical enhancements, Knight Caspian, a humanoid mantis shrimp, serves loyally under the royal family. As unrest brews in the lower classes, Caspian is assigned to investigate rumors of a growing rebel group called the Tidal Vanguard, led by the disillusioned noblewoman Nerina. Meanwhile, Princess Irving, a once close friend of Caspian who is now almost fully mechanical, has lost her sense of humanity in her pursuit of power and perfection. As Caspian delves deeper into the rebel's world, she begins to question the monarchy's control, her own sense of duty, and her feelings for Irving. When an explosion shakes the foundation of the royal city, Caspian is caught in a tide of revolution, forced to choose between the crown she swore to protect and the people fighting for freedom.
