The story takes place over the years. We begin back when the Tenderloins had first met, high school. Fireman Q had not yet become Fireman Q. Ja'Crispy Sal was just Sal. The Ferrett was known by his true identity; Murr. Joe has always just been Joe. Q, Sal, Murr, and Joe used to be the best of friends. They would play together after school and tell each other comedy jokes. They would laugh and smile with one another, and they all knew this bond was like none other. Murr goofy as hell, Sal cracking jokes, Joe not giving af, and Q doing what he does best. They were the fantastic four, the Wizard of Oz, the Tenderloins.
