Book 3 in the Battle for the High Crown.

In the final book of this epic trilogy, Hyacinth aka Cin, Lady of the Spring Court, and Mera, a Valkyrie Lieutenant unite to confront a looming threat hidden in the shadows.

Rhysand's mind has been ensnared by a death god, a puppet in a sinister plot. But no one knows the true extent of Koschei's schemes-yet. Cin, alongside the Valkyries Emerie, Nesta, and Gwyn, must uncover proof of the danger before it's too late.

As Cin guides Emerie toward becoming the leader Illyria desperately needs, she also works to rally allies and navigate a treacherous political landscape. Meanwhile, Mera wrestles with her duty and an unsettling sense of disconnection from the world she's sworn to protect. With the Night Court as their battleground, their efforts will lead to a climactic gathering of the High Lords, where the truth must finally be revealed.

In this empowering and heartfelt conclusion, themes of loyalty, sacrifice, and leadership shine as Cin and Mera face their greatest test yet. Can they expose Koschei's plan and stop him? Or will the darkness claim Prythian forever?

The final battle is here. Freedom, and the fate of the world, hang in the balance.

Estelle Beaumont just wanted a peaceful hike on her last day of vacation. Instead, one ill-starred moment of curiosity leaves her miraculously stranded in the fictional world of Prythian--a faerie realm full of ruthless court drama, rampant misogyny, and enough deadly magic to keep anyone up at night. Armed with foreknowledge that's only helpful when it isn't actively trying to get her killed, Estelle quickly discovers that living through the story of ACOTAR is far less fun and far more perilous when it's her own basic-ass, untrained mortal life on the line. Her plan is simple: keep her hands off of the plot and survive long enough to find a way back to the family and love she left behind. But the so-called "Mother" clearly has other plans for Estelle, forcing her to confront an unsettling truth--that her role here in Prythian might be far greater than that of a passive observer. As Estelle reluctantly abandons her original plan, uneasy alliances form, old wounds reopen, and fractured trust begins to mend. Love, loss, and scars of the past converge as Estelle slowly starts to see that the family she thought she'd lost might take a new shape, and that the life she left behind might be the only reason she's prepared for the fight ahead. But the cost of shaping Prythian's future--and her own--might be greater than she can bear. After all, it's a future that was never meant to be hers to begin with. And this is all that damned Cauldron's fault... ☆⊱──────⊰ ☽✧☾ ⊱──────⊰☆ A/N: This fanfiction is purely self-indulgent. If you don't like self-insert/iseki like tropes were an original character who read the books ends up in the fictional world as the new main character, you might want to skip this. Somethings will stay very familiar, others will diverge completely, and I plan to add extra world building along the way. Slowburn romance.

Eblis survived years of torment in the hands of Hybern, an enemy continent disrupting the peace of Prythian and the Human Realms below it. She suffered things many wouldn't be able to handle, and lived in the shadow of it's king for five fear-filled centuries. When she gets word that the King of Hybern had been killed, she finally found her chance to escape and return to the Night Court, the last home she ever remembered. The Spymaster of the Night Court returns from Hybern as well, with news of an uprising from the newly anointed Queen and Heiresses. Doubtful of Eblis's true loyalties, he continues to watch Eblis in fear that she'll take the family he had and rip it apart. As he goes, he picks up the pieces of her bloody past and puts them together to form the broken Illyrian female. What he finds, what he discovers, what he feels, is forever disrupted. Two years have passed since Mikael Anik and Estelle Marzena survived the Illyrian Blood Rite and were mated. They've finally settled into their new life together, back in the Dawn Court. However, the peace they've known thus far is almost at an end. For months, Estelle has suffered nightmares of the events that took place on Ramiel, and they are growing worse with each day that her questions remain unanswered. It is time for the mystery to be unraveled, but what will it cost to do so? There is more at stake now than either of them could have imagined. Are they facing an isolated threat, or is it possible that some ancient foe lurks within Prythian's borders, waiting for her chance to strike?
