At some point in our lives, almost all of us say, 'I stared Death in the face'. Nobody means it, not literally. Maybe you have a car accident, or a heart attack. Either you thought you were going to die, or you watched someone else die.
But to literally stare death in the face? Few people do. And if they do, they don't realize it's Death.
How do I know? Because I met him... And I wanted him....
