The story follows Y/N, the last surviving Phaser Drone, formerly known as D/N, stuck on Copper-09... a planet that's one bad decision away from full-blown apocalypse. Once a loyal servant to JC Jenson's experiment to control Worker Drones, Y/N now deals with an identity crisis as his memories are a mess.
He's haunted by fragments of the past, including an odd connection to his creator, who also shares his name. Existential dread? Check.
Y/N's world is a chaotic mess. Worker Drones are doing their thing, Disassembly Drones are, well, disassembling, and the Absolute Solver, an AI with a flair for sarcasm, is pulling everyone's strings...
His old companion, D/N, is now a brooding mess, adopting Y/N's name in grief, and flashbacks of violent moments and forgotten relationships constantly flood his mind.
...Yet he rolls with it, cracking jokes and getting through ridiculous situations, all while wondering if he's the hero or a just a random drone.
Oh, and his own body is a battleground for control. When you're a walking weapon, apparently even your tech can be hijacked. But Y/N's got jokes, fighting, and a whole lot of bad decisions to make... while hoping he can reclaim some semblance of humanity, or at least some peace of mind...
