Things in Raccoon City can't seem to get any worse, but maybe with a rookie cop and a veteran vigilante, they can get a little bit better. Maybe, somewhere along the way, Leon and Tim can learn that they don't always have to be so alone; that even when the whole world seems against them, there will be someone else who understands, at least a little.
