Jayson, a 30 year old male who's life may be what some consider to be a movie, finds himself amongst the SPARTAN-IV program in the year 2559. His past hasn't been the prettiest, but he's built quite the reputation with medals and awards from multiple branches within ONI and the UNSC. His somewhat historic career has caught the eyes of Blue Team, one of the most talented fireteams in the galaxy, as they call upon him to assist in a critical mission to retrieve assets from a old Top-Secret military base on the glassed planet of Reach that would stop the rouge AI Cortana from taking over the galaxy. Little to their knowledge however, Jayson has had quite the backstory on Reach, witnessing it's fall and the massive death it brought with it while serving in Noble Team. Trauma from his past solitude on the now ghostly planet will make this one of the hardest missions Jayson has ever attempted. However, unknowns to anybody's knowledge, a ex-covenant Zeliot with a taste for Spartan Blood vows to get revenge on his kind after leaving him behind, taking sides with the banished as they too return to the planet for their own reasons. Will Jayson overcome his past, he must, knowing Mission failure is not a option.

2560, a ring like structure has been found in uncharted space by a human exploration ship.
