In the secluded town of Emberhill, strange occurrences start to unfold when ancient, forgotten ruins are uncovered deep in the forest. Unbeknownst to the townsfolk, these ruins once belonged to a secretive society known for controlling a powerful, otherworldly force. The main character, a seemingly ordinary teenager named Kyra, begins experiencing vivid dreams about the past-about a girl who once lived in Emberhill centuries ago, tied to these ruins.

Kyra soon discovers she's not the only one affected. A new student, Alaric, seems to know more than he lets on, and the two find themselves drawn into a race against time to stop the force that's awakening from destroying their town. As they uncover hidden truths about their families and the town's history, Kyra must face a reality where she isn't just a regular teen, but a key player in an ancient prophecy.

Ariella's biggest desire in life has always been such a simple one. She wants to be 'normal.' Unfortunately, that one simple wish has never been within her grasp. Coming from a long line of witches is bad enough, but she's even more different than the rest of her family. The fact that no one will give her any answers to why she's so different doesn't help matters. Her entire existence is shrouded in secrets that everyone around her refuses to reveal. After a family tragedy, she moves to a new town, and she gets her first chance to at least pretend to be 'normal.' For the first time, she's allowed to leave the house and go to an actual school. She makes friends, and she develops her first crush, that's quickly followed by her second. She's finally living the normal teenage life she'd dreamed of, but it doesn't last. Everything she believed about herself and the world around her is changed in an instant. Family secrets come to light one after another, turning her entire world upside down in the process. She quickly realizes that sometimes ignorance really is bliss, and maybe she didn't really want to know the answers to the questions she'd always asked, especially when one of these truths causes people close to her to turn their backs on her without hesitation. Before she can even recover from the shock, she's thrust into a war that she hadn't even known existed. Loyalties will be tested. She'll have to choose sides between all of the people she's come to care about. Will she stand with her family, her new friends, or the two boys who both hold a piece of her heart? One thing is for sure. She'll have to let go of her dream of 'normal.'

Heir of the Underground

38 parts Complete

Aurelia just wants to live a peaceful life. Unfortunately, the Heir of the Underground has other plans for her... ~ Left on the steps of the chapel at birth, Aurelia is taken in and trained to serve the High King, the defeater of the Fey. Only, unbeknownst to many, the Fey aren't truly gone. Though highly underpopulated, the Fey remain hidden in the Underground. They keep to themselves and avoid humans at all costs, all except for one charmingly mysterious Fey: The Heir of the Underground. And, much to Aurelia's horror, he's looking for her. And he's not at all opposed to crashing the High King's annual ball if it means getting to speak to her and reveal the truth of her heritage-a truth that Aurelia is not ready to face. But one can only avoid the truth for so long, and the more she fights who she is meant to be, the more danger she creates, not only for herself but for everyone she encounters along the way. One way or another, Aurelia is destined to go to the Underground. There, a mystery that only she can face is waiting to be solved. And the love of a lifetime is waiting for her and depending on her to help crack the case. ~ [Currently editing.
