Kamikura Island, a strange landmass that over two decades ago declared independence from the rest of the world under the leadership of the genius Minaka Hiroto. Kamikura was the setting of the Sekirei Plan, a dangerous game where extraterrestrial beings bonded with chosen humans and battled to decide who the strongest of their species was. However Kamikura was shaken to its core a decade ago when an artifact from Mars. The Pandora Box, during a public unveiling it was activated, causing a giant wall to burst out of the ground, separating the Island into three Territories. Now a lone scientist carrying a strange device and collection of even stranger bottles. He is on the run from the MBI and knows that Kamikura is in grave danger. His plans however take an unexpected turn when a brown haired girl falls out of the sky and crashes into him. Will this Scientist be the one to save all of Kamikura Island? Only time will tell!
