Seeing the light

As a 16-year-old boy who killed his own father in self-defense was put into an institution, it was nothing new to him as he dealt with institutions all his life.
He thought he was going to be normal for a change when he found someone he loved, someone who loved him or he thought but things changed drastically.
The one person he felt comfortable with betrayed him in the worst way possible, he called him crazy then disappeared.
The one thing he never wanted to be called.

Now 21 and still seeing white walls, can he escape the light and find himself again?
Can he find his friends again?
Can he find the one person he really wants, the one who made him feel normal.
So many questions still need answered.
