Seventeen-year-old Dawn Harper has always loved the holidays, but this year, Christmas feels different. Her family is struggling to keep their beloved holiday shop open, and she's dreading the annual town Christmas Festival. That is, until she meets Harvey Scott - the mysterious new guy in town who's hiding a past of his own.

As they're thrown together to help with the festival's Christmas tree lighting, sparks fly beneath the mistletoe. But when misunderstandings and secrets threaten to come between them, Dawn must decide if she's ready to open her heart or let fear keep her from experiencing the magic of love.
