Lucy Mai is not your normal 16 year old girl. She has suffered a lot in the past and is now deaf because of that one traumatic event. One day at her job in the music store, she gets out her guitar and does some singing. Even though she may not be able to hear, it's the lyrics which speak. Without knowing, Ed Sheeran comes in and watches her sing. He is in love with her voice and wants her to do some recording in the studio with him, She agrees to do this and they become great friends. However, during a recording session, an unwanted boy band says they have booked out that room. Lucy, unable to hear them carries on singing. They throw insults at her until she runs out the room crying where she bumps into the one and only Harry Styles. After they talk, Harry gets to know Lucy and starts developing feelings for her. But does Lucy feel the same way? And will her past stop the affection which is shown?
