Two centuries after the Great Tenma War, peace reigns in Tempest under Rimuru Tempest's rule. With no threats looming, Rimuru indulges in magical experiments. During one such experiment, he accidentally creates a pink slime with an aura identical to his own.

Ciel, Rimuru's ever-present partner, immediately recognizes the anomaly. Upon investigation, she concludes that Rimuru has unknowingly created his own child. This pink slime, named Shinsha, possesses a soul that has traversed through multiple timelines, carrying memories and experiences beyond comprehension.

Shocked yet elated, Rimuru decides to keep Shinsha's existence hidden from the world. Though thrilled at becoming a father, he worries about the consequences her presence might bring. For ten days, he secretly cares for Shinsha, learning the unexpected joys and responsibilities of fatherhood.

At the next Walpurgis, an assembly of the Demon Lords, Guy Crimson, the Lord of Darkness, notices a subtle shift in Rimuru's aura. His instincts flare up, sensing something different about his fellow Demon Lord. Growing suspicious, Guy confronts Rimuru, demanding to know what he is hiding.
