"War on palaces, peace to huts !" * * * Our global socialist housing program-global emergency aid-consists of the following four components: 1. Prohibition of rent gouging and profiteering by housing construction and rental monopolies, abolition and socialization of all capitalist housing conditions [Expropriation of the expropriators!]. After the victory of the socialist world revolution, the capitalist housing crisis will no longer be exacerbated year after year by capitalist states. Instead, a newly created global socialist state of the exploited and oppressed will take on this problem itself, as follows: 2. Build 100 000 affordable homes - every day ! 3.
