Once a boy in Everett sat on his bed, lone, accompanied only by a candle to mark his grand 18: his entry into adulthood.
Luxten was his name and 'runaway' was bound to be his occupation. Under the wing of a cold, abusive father he lived for far too long.
The time for haste to be made neared, leave what life he lived in Everett and commence a new one in Los Angeles.

Luxten by no means had it easy, no college degree, no house, approximately nine thousand dollars worth of savings and countless questions, doubts and nagging memories.

However, dreams and ambitions kept him a flimsy boat afloat.
