Darek looked at his door, a soft orange glow emanated from the bottom and top. Darek looked to his window, it was at least a 2 story drop right into unkempt grass. Just to be sure it wasn't a fire, Darek put the back of his hand to the handle. No such luck, the handle was hot. Darek eased his Window open and stepped out onto the ledge there was smoke billowing out the first floor windows. Darek knew where the grass was so he jumped in that direction.All Rights Reserved
